Police in Cyprus detained a Lebanese man suspected of planning a terror  attack against Israeli targets on the island, possibly an Israeli  airplane, AFP reported Saturday, citing Cypriot media.

According to the reports, the young Lebanese man was found carrying a  Saudi passport and had notes with details about Israeli airplanes.
