The EU's top diplomat said after Tehran talks on Saturday Iran hoped to reply soon to an offer of enhanced incentives to shelve nuclear work, even after a government spokesman again ruled out halting uranium enrichment.
Six world powers behind the package want Iran to suspend enrichment activity during negotiations regarding the offer, European Union foreign policy chief Javier Solana said.
